Energy audit of heat and air conditioning installations from 1 January 2022

According to Government Decree 264/2008 (XI.6.), gas boilers with an effective rated output of 100 kW, solid fuel boilers with an effective rated output of 20 kW and air conditioning systems with an effective rated output of 12 kW or more must be inspected by a qualified technician every two or four years. A 2022. from 1 January entered into force 666/2020. (XII. 28.) Government Decree and the 19/2021. (IV. 14.) ITM Decree however, it radically changes the current best practice (Article 43 of Act LVII of 2015). The main changes are summarised below.
