- avoiding the application of unilateral price increases on the trader side or, if they have already been applied, recovering the resulting damages,

Public procurement advice
We undertake the full management and implementation of electricity, natural gas and other energy-related public procurement, from legal advice on public procurement to the preparation of the relevant documentation, the evaluation and any legal remedies.
At our clients’ request, we can provide high quality assistance in the following areas
on public procurement procedures:
- Proposals for defining the type of public procurement procedure, the type of procurement procedure and the procedure to be followed.
- Preparation of the tender/invitation to tender/call for participation and documentation.
- Answering the questions asked in writing by tenderers/candidates during the tender/participation period in accordance with the legal requirements.
- Where justified, to ensure that the invitation to tender or the contract documents are amended, the notice is withdrawn or the deadline for the submission of tenders is extended.
- Assisting the evaluation committee in its work, such as examining and evaluating the tenders/applications received from the point of view of public procurement law, drafting any requests for information and questions for clarification.
- Preparing a proposal for a decision on the outcome of the public procurement procedure.
- Preparing the written opinion of the selection board and other documents.
- Preparing the documents needed to announce the results.
- Advice on the rules on public procurement.
