Our audit services
In today’s economic and social climate, and with energy prices rising significantly, improving energy efficiency is a key priority for companies. Energy efficiency measures can have 2 main objectives: to reduce energy costs and/or to reduce energy use, for example by optimising the operation of different systems.
As energy experts, we believe that companies need full professional support to make energy procurement and use a predictable and market-advantage factor again.
The common element of the EAA, the TAO and the audit of a large company is that a complete energy assessment of the company/institution is carried out, including an energy analysis of the energy gender, consumption patterns, technological processes and equipment. A proposal for optimised energy use and related upgrades and their means will be prepared. It depends on the audit whether the procedure is carried out once or whether it is a pre- and post-audit. Our portfolio also includes invoice audit services and answering questions related to tenant invoicing and rebilling.
During the Integrated Energy Audit, energy contracts and consumption data are reviewed and technical, administrative and legal parameters are optimised, while during the Complex Energy Audit, we first carry out an on-site technical condition survey, followed by an industry comparison, comparing the existing condition with that achieved by national and international best practices and analysing the existing differences. Innovative proposals to reduce your current energy use and energy costs will be formulated to achieve future goals based on identified gaps, deviations from best practice and customer needs.
